eg88 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

These Terms & Conditions ("T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and eg88 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing access to and use of the eg88 website located at eg88.lat, including all games, betting markets, promotions, and related services offered therein. By accessing the Platform, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you irrevocably accept these T&C in their entirety.

eg88 reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised T&C. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform immediately and request account closure.

To access the full range of services offered by eg88, you must register a personal account. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You may hold only one account on the Platform; multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of any balances.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must provide a valid mobile number that you own and control, as it will be used for account verification and recovery.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of eg88.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

eg88 reserves the right to request supporting documents (government-issued ID, proof of payment method, proof of address) as part of our KYC process. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

You are entirely responsible for all activity conducted through your eg88 account. Your username and password are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances. eg88 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or social media — any such request is fraudulent and must be reported to us immediately.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify us immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay. eg88 will investigate the matter and may temporarily freeze your account during the review period to protect your funds.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform. We recommend a minimum of 8 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings for an added layer of security.
• Always log out of your account when using a shared or public device. eg88 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a failure to log out.

eg88 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Funds deposited into your eg88 account may only be used for gaming purposes on this Platform and may not be transferred to other users.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. We reserve the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Deposits are credited to your account instantly upon confirmation from the payment processor.
• Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of approval, subject to successful KYC completion.
• eg88 does not charge a platform-side processing fee on deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment processors may apply their own fees, which are outside our control.
• Withdrawals will only be paid to a payment method registered to the same individual as the eg88 account holder. Third-party payments are prohibited.

eg88 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending investigation where fraud, money laundering, or breach of these T&C is suspected. Any funds found to be the proceeds of fraudulent activity will be forfeited and reported to the relevant authorities.

eg88 offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal offers tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the BPL season. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer and to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, or payment method unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements (rollover) must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• eg88 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a player's eligibility for a promotion if we reasonably believe abuse or manipulation has occurred.
• Free spins are credited to specified games only and winnings from free spins are subject to the stated wagering requirement before withdrawal.

Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash directly, transferred to another account, or used in conjunction with other bonus offers unless explicitly permitted by the relevant promotion terms.

All bets placed on eg88 are final and binding once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring that all bet details (selection, stake, market type) are correct before confirmation. eg88 will not reverse a correctly placed bet due to a change of mind.

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or incorrect pricing that results in a bet being accepted at manifestly wrong odds, eg88 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. The following additional rules apply to all gaming activity:

• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the relevant betting interface. Stakes outside these limits may be rejected or adjusted.
• Casino and slot games display their RTP (Return to Player) percentage. eg88 does not guarantee any particular outcome, win rate, or profit over any period of play.
• Live betting markets may be suspended or settled early in exceptional circumstances such as match abandonment, weather interruption, or broadcast failure. Settled bets under such circumstances will follow the applicable sport-specific rules.

The following actions constitute a breach of these T&C and may result in immediate account suspension, confiscation of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim more than one welcome bonus or to circumvent a self-exclusion order.
• Colluding with other players, match-fixing, or exploiting any software vulnerability or pricing error to generate guaranteed profits.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds that are connected to criminal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or terrorist financing.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or the KYC verification process.

eg88 employs advanced fraud-detection systems and cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies. Any verified case of prohibited conduct will be dealt with to the full extent permitted by applicable law.

eg88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. eg88 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency patches, or force majeure events may temporarily affect service availability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime wherever possible.

eg88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these T&C at any time. When we make material changes, we will display a prominent notice on the Platform and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We may also send a notification to the email address or mobile number registered to your account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised T&C. If you object to any change, you must stop using the Platform and contact us to close your account. Archived versions of these T&C are available upon request.
